RGIE and compliance inspection: what you need to know
In Belgium, every domestic electrical installation must comply with the RGIE (General Regulations on Electrical Installations). Before it is put into service, a new installation must in principle be inspected by an approved body, independent of the electrician who installed it.
For this visit, the body asks for the installation's single-line diagram and layout plans. We prepare them along with your installation, so the inspection goes smoothly. More about electrical compliance.
