The fault may be in the electric strike, its power supply or the handset button. A diagnosis finds out quickly: it's an electrical repair at the fixed price of €149 VAT incl. (travel + diagnosis + 1st hour).
An audio intercom is enough to talk and open the door. A video intercom also lets you see the visitor before opening, a real plus for security. We advise you according to your building and your budget.
Yes, if a handset compatible with the existing system is still available. On older installations that isn't always the case: we tell you during the diagnosis.
