Last updated: 21 October 2026

Your data is used to answer your requests and to work in your home, nothing else. This page explains what we collect, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.

Template written for Radialec: to be completed and reviewed by a lawyer before publication.

Data controller

Radialec — Thermo Tech Solutions SRL, Lange Eikstraat 46, 1970 Wezembeek-Oppem, company number BE 1008.693.201.

For any question about your data: info@radialec.be or +32 486 44 21 86.

The data we collect

When you request a quote

  • your name, phone number, e-mail address, postcode, municipality and, if you give it, your address;
  • the description of what you need, the service concerned, the preferred timing, the type of property;
  • the photos you choose to attach;
  • your contact preference and your preferred callback slot;
  • where your visit came from (landing page, previous page, any advertising campaign parameters), so we know which channels bring us customers.

When you request a callback

  • your name and phone number, and when you would like to be called back;
  • if you give them, the topic, your message and your e-mail address (to send you the confirmation);
  • the page your request was sent from and where your visit came from, as for a quote.

When you book an appointment online

The calendar on the “Book an appointment” page is provided by Cal.com. The information you enter there (name, e-mail address and other fields of the booking form) and the slot you choose are recorded by Cal.com and passed on to us to arrange the visit.

When you call us or write to us

The information you give us to arrange the visit. After a call to our business number, we note your number, the reason for the call, the follow-up (calling you back, preparing a quote, appointment made) and, if you give them, your municipality and a short note. The conversation itself is never recorded. If you write to us on WhatsApp, your messages, photos and number go through WhatsApp, which you chose to use; the pre-filled message shows the page you contacted us from.

When you browse the website

Only if you accept:

  • visit statistics via Google Analytics (pages viewed, type of device, where you came from);
  • if you arrive through a Google ad, the measurement of the requests it brought us (Google Ads). When you send a form, your e-mail and phone number are then passed to Google in encoded (hashed) form, to link the request to the ad. No targeted advertising.
