Repair recommended
When repairing is still the right call
- The boiler is fairly recent
- A one-off fault (sensor, valve, pump, circuit board)
- Servicing is up to date
A targeted repair is usually the cheapest solution.

Our technician's advice
Repair or replace your boiler?
A boiler that breaks down doesn't necessarily need replacing. Before talking about a quote, our technicians diagnose the problem and tell you honestly whether a repair is enough.
Consider replacing
When to think about replacing
- The boiler is around fifteen years old or more
- Breakdowns keep coming back
- Parts are hard to find
- Efficiency is dropping, which shows on every gas bill
A recent condensing boiler uses noticeably less gas than an old model.
Good to know
Heating with oil? The Brussels-Capital Region no longer allows new oil boilers to be installed: the replacement will be a gas condensing boiler or a heat pump. For current grants and obligations, see environnement.brussels.
Either way, our quote is free and detailed: you compare repair and replacement knowing all the facts.

Yes. We answer 24/7 for emergencies, and a technician comes within 24 hours, weekends included, in Brussels and nearby. On the phone, we tell you whether it can wait and set a time.
Our repair call-out covers travel, diagnosis and the first hour of work, at a fixed price including VAT. If parts are needed, you get their price before any repair. All our prices are on the Prices page.
In most cases, yes: we work on Vaillant, Bulex, Bosch, Buderus, Junkers, Viessmann and Chaffoteaux, including older models. If parts are no longer available or the repair isn't worth it any more, we tell you clearly and offer a free replacement quote.
An existing oil boiler that is serviced and in good condition can generally keep running. However, a new oil boiler can no longer be installed in the Brussels-Capital Region: when the time comes to replace it, you'll need to switch to a gas condensing boiler or a heat pump. The current rules are on environnement.brussels.
Not necessarily. Radiators that are lukewarm at the bottom or cold in places often point to air or sludge in the system: bleeding, balancing or power flushing may be enough. Our technician checks the boiler first, then the circuit.
Yes: in the 19 Brussels municipalities and the surrounding area, in Flemish Brabant (Tervuren, Kraainem, Sint-Genesius-Rode…) and Walloon Brabant (Waterloo, La Hulpe, Lasne…). The full list is in our service area.
